ASRock and ASUS Questions

Comparing the ASRock Z68 Gen3 Extreme3 and the ASUS P8Z68-V (NON-PRO).. which is better?

I want to overclock in the future, but I keep hearing that the ASRock has some issues overclocking. The ASUS is a decent board, but I haven't seen much of a review on it (aside from it's PRO counterpart).

Your expertise is appreciated.

im not a professional by any means but it is my understanding asrock is a lower end sister company of asus. so i would go with the asus if your questioning dependibility.

If your budget will stretch to Asus, buy Asus.

Asus and asrock is same company ,asrock is for low cost and high performance more options and low lifespan 2 years, asus is for cost vise higher but high life span without problem decent board with high oc options (oc is lower than asrock).

If u have high money buy asrock and use for 1Y then sell it ,then buy another asrock ,low money buy asus and cool for more years
