Looking for Motherboard for gaming Rig. Total budget = $1200

I'm looking for a MoBo for my gaming rig. This is for sure the weakest part of my computer knowledge.

I am going to get the


Processor: intel 3.4ghz 2600k
Mobo: ?????
Graphics Card: 2 Radeon 6970 GPUs (i hope)
RAM: 8gigs of undecided brand
Case: undecided
Power Supply: Undecided
Wireless Card: Undecided

And the rest...

Tbh, I'm not quite sure what best to do with the rest of the 1200 dollars. I know I posted this in the MoBo section, but I'd greatly appreciate any input on ANY of the other fields.

Nope, I've got a razer keyboard and mouse. I'm set on everything. speakers, gaming headset. thanks for being thorough. I believe i just need the tower and the innards.
