Any good cheap mATX motherboards?

Does anyone know about any good deals currently on mATX motherboards? I am looking to build a gaming computer for my wife and I am on about a 500-700$ 700$ pushing it, budget. I want it to be able to run most games on High - ultra settings so that she doesn't have to deal with the lag she currently has on her computer.. I am not to sure what to go with though.. so starting from the ground up with a Mobo question.
