Hi. i just bought a power color HD 6870 .

its working great but i have a couple of questions please , is there any forums for power color
or should i post here ?

lol , well the first question might be , is there forums for power color company
or not ? i guess that is easy enough to answer ,
i did search the company web but did not find a link .

I didn't find any link to a powercolor forum, and it doesn't look like their website does any sort of support tickets or so. Your best bet is to call them or ask us the question.
