Since you said you don't know a whole lot about computers:

1. Do you know what your graphics card's model is? Download the latest drivers from www.amd.com (use the "Download Drivers" panel on the right side of the page) if you haven't already.

2. Can you provide a detailed explanation of what you are doing before the crash happens? Are you playing a 3D game or watching a video or anything else?
