Hackintosh build

i have purchased parts for a computer build i am doing and will be using it for windows 7. but i have always been a Mac user. i know some about hackintosh' and wanted to see if anyone knew if these parts would be compatible. thanks

i7-950
asus sabertooth x58 motherboard
6gb corsair memory
4870 sapphire radeon 1gb

these are all the ones i am wondering if compatible. thanks!

I don't believe so because of the HD 4870, but you might be better jumping over to one of the Hackintosh forums to confirm.

thanks, do u see any issues with the sabertooth or i7?

It seems like most of Asus' 1366 boards are working (with 950s, I might add) according to the wiki, so I would assume it would work. (http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCL_10.6.6)

The 512MB 4870 has also been shown to work, so I would think that the 1GB could at least be made to work.

These are all assumptions ATM.
