I am looking for some assistance. I am building a new PC and I am unable to get it to boot. I have the following components:

Asus P6X58D premium
Core i7-920 with corsair H70 cooler
Patriot XMP triple channel 1600mhz ram (this model is on the qualified memory for this motherboard)

When I start up the MEM OK! light stays solid. When i press the mem ok button the computer reboots and light flashes for about 30 seconds, then reboots and flashes at a different rate. This eventually ends with a solid red light again.

I do not get any beeps from the speaker even with no memory installed.

I have already done everything in the section in the sticky to try before posting (except the breadboard). I will try breadboarding tonight but is there a way to tell if I have a bad CPU or motherboard?
