Samsung SN-T083C/BEBE 8x DVD±RW Slot loading SATA Drive - OEM

I have bought one of the above for my Silverstone Fortress Case, now i notice it has a SATA cable connector on the back and also another connector which im asuming is for the power lead, i have never come across it before, it looks like half a sata connector, any ideas and where i can buy the right cable from ?

It looks like one but is only half the size ?

is it the L sata power connector or the Y sata power connector?
