Blank screen

Have m1617 laptop thought thhe mb was bad replaced it still get no screen , no beep codes , tried external screen no luck used new lcd inverter no help cant figure it out any help...

Can u tell if its running? Any lights are ON?

Yes lights come on like reg start up , have taken out all mem and try to get beep code none at all , would or could hard drive or keyboard cause any of this , am getting nowhere this is the second mb

Yes the lights come on when started but that is it cd tray opens no lights when fn and cap locks button pushed coul it be keyboard bad , but why no beep code when mem is removed . Can the keyboard be unpluged and use usb kboard or will the laptop not bboot without it , shouldnt I be able to use external screen evev if the one on the laptop is bad ?
