Best Budget LGA 1155 MotherBoard ?

Basically im now in the market for a new motherboard my p67 sabertooth died within a week of me getting so im returning that to the place i ordered it from. Im looking for a board that's almost exactly the same for example 2 pci x16's 4 ddr3 dimm slots and must be an atx board no matx or uatx. My budget is max $145 just suggest some decent boards that are around that price range even if it is slightly higher priced. Im going to be putting in a i7 2600k and plan on overclocking so p67 is a preferred chipset. If you can let me know of some boards i would be very great full thanks.

Splurge a bit and get a P8Z68-V board. they are really solid boards and are an amazing complement to an i7 2600k.

I'd stick with ASUS but, if that's not cool with you, take a look at what Gigabyte has in that range.

If you're set on P67 and 145 as parameters, then this jumps out as an excellent buy:
