Nvidia recognize card error gts 450 grafic error

hi all i have the ausus with nvidia 450gts chipset! i have bought this cart yesterday with the new pc! as i start to play aion after 20 min i saw the grafics failling. when i start the pc the win 7 64bit could not recognize my card. i reinstall the drivers several times as the drivers of the motherboard still the same. i open the pc no smell of something burn or something that saw problem with card. im in desperete need pls help! is the card? is the win7 what can i do? many thanks and forgive my english!

What is your Power SUpply Unit (PSU)? Brand? model?
Are you sure all drivers are properly installed?
