but the question is how much better? I am getting a local (iball) for 750INR and tagan one for 3500INR. Is it worth it?

To be honest with you i'd buy a Corsair over either one of those units.
You only need a quality 450-500W psu to run your specs with a 6850.
The psu is the last place in your build you would want to cheap out.
I strongly advise you to spend 3000-3500INR on the psu which is the heart of your system.

Seasonic is considered the best oem of psu's.

yah I was searching for corsair vx450 but it isn't available here. my father doesn't allow me to buy online. so I decided to opt for tagan as no other good brand has 500 W psu available here. thanks for your advice. I only wanted to know whether tagan is good enough for the job.

The u33 was ok,and actually an improvement over its predecessor(more efficient),hopefully the u37 is a further improvement.
Maybe has 105 degree caps instead of 85's = i don't know because i haven't seen a review.
