Hey all, I just finished my first build a while back and all is well.
My temps, I am told are fine. I have an i7 930 2.8. @ stock idle is 33/40C oc'ed to 3.6 runs @ 38/43 idle game Call of Duty goes up to about 59C. I've run prime95 for 10 hours @ 3.6 ghZ with memory at 1440. passed that and intelburn test numerous times.
That said I'm not sure if I could get better temps or not.

This is the big ?
Can I adjust the backplate screws with the computer running. I want to see if there's a change in temps as I do it.
As long as I have an anti static wrist band on this should be ok right ?

Thanks

I understand not to touch anything internal. I'm talking about slightly loosening or tightening the screws holding the cooler from the mobo back.
Is that a definite blow the machine move?

Are my temps ok anyway?
