Choice between these three

Hi all...I'm somehow tight on the budget,and need to choose a motherboard...i think these are good ones:

i know that Extreme3 is definitely better than PRO3,but it's heavy too and in shipping,it matters a lot,so i want to be sure that it's that much better than pro3
And we've got an MSI board,but i'm not sure what it has,but quite all the features i want
PS:I'm not planning a SLI for near future if you ask and goin' to use 2500K

Shipping it where? To the freakin' moon? If you're not going to SLI get the Asrock Pro 3 Gen 3.
I have an Asrock Ex3 Gen3 and don't remember needing any heavy lift equipment to get it in my case.
