How to see what folders a user has rights tor a user

In Windows SBserver, 2003, 2008. Would like to know if there is an easy way or command line to show what folders a particular user has rights to?
Thanks for any help! Would like to avoid 3rd party software.

You probably would want to use AccessChk.
Or this cmd might also be helpful showacls /s /u:domain\user > c:\name.txt
