Hello all! I just wanted to get some feed back on a new build I am thinking of purchasing. More specifically the Mem, mobo, and cpu combo I chose. Could I do better for the same price, less, or just a little more? would it be worth it to go with a i7 or one of the new sandy bridge cpus? Thanks guys!

Sorry, I should have mentioned I already have the missing stuff...

EVGA 01G-P3-N981-TR GeForce 9800 GT 1GB 256-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I also have a 750 watt PSU.

I will be running Windows 7 ultimate 32 or 64 (haven't decided) and I also have the display running to a 1080p 42 inch HDTV

Everything will work together fine...the only thing that stands out is the psu is something most people have to power dual vid cards, yet that Gigabyte mobo is a single card mobo. Either way it all works fine together.

Yea, the PSU was on sale and Iwill probably not get a crossfire or SLI set up. I like to play games, but I am not that into them. As long as they play alright. The only thing I am undecided on is, do I get a LGA 1336 board with triple channel mem and an i7 for a little more money? Is it worth it for the upgrading point down the road? just don't know... Thanks for your input!

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Cougar-Point-Sandy-Bridge-B3-Stepping-product-change-notification-chipsets,12184.html <--- Sandy Bride mobo's are coming out this week...so that's what I would be shooting for. They are reasonably priced and they out perform everything out there to date.
