QUEST GAMES NEEDED!!

I just tried Dragon Quest 6 and it isn't as good as The Longest Journey(TLG)!!! I need some games like TLG realy bad! with AWESOME stories and where you can't die but I HATE quest games like MYST and RIVEN, I also like Broken Sword2!! Are there any NEW cool games like TLG??? Will be soon?

Tomb Raider (all versions) are good quest games.

They dont make too many games like TLJ, where you cant at least die.

Or if your looking for a very story intensive game try Planescape Torment, it is a RPG along the Bauldurs Gate line and playing the game is like reading a book. But the story is about as good as it gets for video games. If you hate dying so much just download the character editor and give yourself a massive boost, the battles will be extremely easy. The main focus of the game is the storyline and what roles you take in it anyway.

I played all AD&D games starting with BG1, so I played Torment, I was thinking - Grim Fandango? I finished only the first chapter while there are 4, should I try?
