How to check the ram bus speed

Hello,
i have Intel D915GAV motherboard ,my ram yet installed is 512MB but now i want to increase the ram .but there is problem for this how can i check my ram bus speed ?

you can use 1GB DDR 400MHZ speed per slot. total system memory up-to 4GB you can use. if you have doubt, find the link,

When the computer starts up press F2 to enter BIOS and check the speed of RAM there.

It should be 400MHz as above.

Although finding DDR-400 MHz RAM might not be worth it as it is expensive and difficult to find, you may want to consider an upgrade.
