New PC doesn't boot

Hello,

I just built a new PC for my Girlfriend. Got all the components in and plugged it into her TV with a VGA cable, and it gives no signal. Theres also no Beep from the motherboard.

All the components seem to be running rpoperly, I know the cable and TV work because I can plug my laptop into it. If I remove the RAM and start up, the motherboard beeps as it should. I've tried reseating everything, removing BIOs battery, clearing CMOS, everything I can think of.

Any help appreciated

Have you tested it with another monitor? Something other than the TV?
