460 GTX Bottleneck

Hi guys! I'm looking to get a MSI Hawk 460 GTX, but im unsure whether it will get bottlenecked by some other components.

Cpu e8400 @ 4 ghz
Mobo GA-EP45-DS3L
Ram 4GB Corsair
Psu CM 600watt
Hdd Standard Western Digital

e 8400 is more than enough. hell! even e1600 can run that card without bottleneck and many people had use that"cpu bottleneck" back in pentium 4's day which is NOT apply on modern processor. it was p4's poor feature mislead people to think low/mid range processor aint good for graphic card but their wrong.
