Ram mhz is lower that what it should be (1600mhz ram at 824mhz)gskill

Hey guys i recently just built my first ever gaming pc, everything went well except my ram which is DDR3 Ram 8GB Kit (2x4GB)1600mhz gskill ripjaws x.
My motherboard is Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3. so my question is my ram is running at 824.3mhz on CPUID and the program called speccy how can i fix this and make it run at 1600mhz like its supposed, why is it like this? heres a pic of CPUID and the program called speccy.

DDR = Double Data Rate and 824 * 2 = 1648MHz, so your RAM is running fine. It's running DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24-2T, and the variance is your BCLK of 103MHz.
