according to this:

you have a 300w power supply. be weary of which graphic card you choose, unless you also buy an updated power supply.

So, you need a card that support 4pin analog TV out, right?
Do you mean like this cable (4pin S video adapter):

Right or not? If yes, then you can get this card:

So you need s-video like wa1 pointed out? If that's the case then the best you can do are the Radeon 4000 series of cards as the newer 5000 series as well as the newer nVidia cards do not have that analog TV output. If you are not going to do any gaming a simple 4550 would be sufficient

If you want to do some light gaming then you should be o.k with the 4650 wa1 suggests. I wouldn't go with anything more powerful than that without upgrading your PSU.

athlon x4 635 install on nforce 680a chipset? that chipset is made 2006 and they're still use it on 2009 model???? that's bull crap!

sorry to disappoint you but the pcie is way to old and maybe still in 1.0 version which most of modern video card won't work on that board unless you go on ebay to get used 7900gtx or 8800gtx or there's no way you can install newer card to it. but be sure you have enough space to put card like 8800gtx into that hp case and strong power supply. if not then 8600gt will be the only choice you get.
