LCD Monitor problem

I have a Hanns G HG216D HDMI monitor and all of a sudden when I opened my PC, my screen have blue/green lines downward. What seems to be my problem?

A different port
A different cable
Uninstall / reinstall the drivers
Test your card with another monitor
Test your monitor with another card
