Hi, I'm looking to buy a UPS for my recently build home server. The UPS needs to be compatible with FreeBSD and doesn't need a huge battery, it just needs to last long enough to gracefully shut down the computer. I'm looking at APC ones but I'm not sure how big I need to get it. Here are the specs of my computer:

Case: Cooler Master Elite 335
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2
CPU: AMD Sempron 140
RAM: Kingston ValueRAM 2GB DDR3 1333
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 600W
OS Disk: Western Digital Caviar Blue 160GB 7200 RPM SATA II
RAID Controller: areca ARC-1222 PCIe x8 SATA / SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) RAID Card
BBU: areca ARC-6120-3 Controller Card Backup Battery
Storage Disks: 4x Hitachi Deskstar 2TB 7200 RPM SATA II, 4x Samsung Spinpoint F4 2TB 5400 RPM SATA II

I used a PSU calculator which told me it should only draw ~240 watts, but that seemed a little low to me. I figured since the PSU is 600W, the UPS should be able to supply at least that. The server will be the only thing plugged into the UPS.

Thanks,
Mark
