I have to choose between Asus GTX460 1GB DirectCU and Asus GTX465 1GB. Both of them, i could get in same price as that of GTX460 DirectCU. So, i'm confused. which one should i choose.... I've read something on similar topic in this forum... but not satisfied.... coz.... both cost same here...

Are you familiar with overclocking?
If yes then get that GTX460 DirectCU. DirectCU=allow you to control the voltage, higher voltage means much more speed, you can OC GTX460 to match or even surpass the GTX470 speed.
In other word, if you ask me I would grab that GTX460 DirectCU right now.
Just so you are aware only certain models of the GTS 465 even theoretically can be unlocked into a GTX 470 and even then it's uncertain and a bit risky. The DirectCU GTX 460 is a nice card so just go with that.
