OK.My current rig is
Intel core i7-870 oced to 4ghz
6GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 275
650W PSU
res-1680X1050
Now.on my rig I am able to max crysis warhead completely except for shaders which is on gamer setting(high). The rest of the game is maxed.I get 35+ fps with these settings and 30+ in the ice levels. Now I am planning to purchase a gtx 460 768mb.Now my question is whether this card can max out the game along with shader at my current fps requirements as anything lower then that ruins the experience for me.please don't suggest the 1gb version coz its out of my budget as I am ready breaking my wallet for this card.

the minimum requirement to max crysis is gtx 460 1gb or 5850/6870. your card is simply not at that category.....

Stay with your current card and save your money to get a more powerful card like GTX570 or GTX580. I'm pretty sure you can maxed out crysis with that card and your current system.
You will not going anywhere from GTX275 to GTX460.

Wait to buy, too. ATI's newest cards are coming and are looking to start a price war.

if you cares about budget then gtx 560 is on the block or go for 6870. but if you have unlimited budget then gtx 580 gtg. 6970/6950 aint that good choice as it ran hot and weak compare to gtx 570 while price is solid rock.
