PSU Help!

The PSU power jack feels like there is too much space, if you move the plug a bit, the PC Will turn off (Sorry if I am using the wrong words). It feels very weak, is this normal?

The wall outlet or the plug in the PSU? Both should be tight fits, if the PSU is loose RMA it as that will be very problematic, if the wall outlet is the problem it should probably be replaced.
