Trouble shooting asrock m3a770de

Just got all my parts for my new build today. I got eveything in and turned it on and the MB started beeping at me. It beeped 2 times fast the paused then 8 times then paused for 10 sec then 1 more beep at the end. I thought this may be the video card since i found what the beeps mean on here and replaced it with a video card i know is good. Comp booted up and i thought my troubles where over. Went to install windows 7 and durring the install it restarted and thats when I heard the beeps again........ 2 then 8 then 1....... I am just wondering if its the MB that is bad or what. i went through all the trouble shooting steps listed on this web site and made sure that everything was in the right spots. Please help me with this.

SPEC:
MB: ASRock M3A770DE
Video Card: Radeon HD 6870
2 Sticks of AMD 4g DDR3 Ram
AMD Athion II X4 Processor 3.0 GH
Windows 7
Seagate 250GB SATA

Please help with this.

Try with just one memory stick.

Still having problems with this. got a new stick of ram and still beeping the same way. sometimes the computer will boot and sometimes it just beeps. what is going on with my comp......
