Need a second opinion on this build

MSI 870A-G55 AM3 AMD 770 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard (wanted the 6Gb/s transfer and USB 3.0 doesn't hurt)

To better advise you - we need to know main usage of rig so fill out this form

At first glance

1. Work rig : consider 1090T and an IGP chipset like 880G if apps/software does not leverage on GPU - hit the $235 1090T + Gigabyte 880G?

2. Gaming heavy - 955BE and a GPU with far far more teeth than GT240 for sure hehe

3. SATA 6GB/s interface benefits SSDs not traditional mechanical hdds ^^

4. AM3 is dual channel so 2 x 2 or 2 x 4 as per needs

yeah,pairing that x6 with a 240 just wont cut it,you definitly should get a beefier video card like nvidia 400 or 500 series or equivalent ATI card......
