Asus PC Probe II installation

I cannot install the PC Probe Utility. I get the error message: Unhandled exception...Error Number:0x80040702 Description: Failed to load DLL:ASunishlp Setup will now terminate. I've tried restarting the computer several times. I attempted to locate any old files in disk C and was able to locate a few and deleted them but I can't find anymore to uninstall manually. What will fix this?

Try reinstalling it. Restart. Then uninstall it. Restart.

I had this same problem with my Asus P5E32-E SLi board. I could never get it installed on my Windows 7 64bit OS. Sorry can't help. I just looked for alternative progroams, can't remeber what I used, search on google for alternatives.
