What to do if your pc says insert a bootable disk

bought a new aspire one laptop and nothing was installed and it says no bootable device insert boot disc and i dont have one what should I do

take it back to where you got it from, it should have an OS, is there a windows sticker underneath it with a license no. on it?

Bought new in local store return it for another system. Bought online new then call MFR for RMA. Bought used you will need to contact seller for restore disk or order one from MFR.
