Put together something for a Friend on a $700 budget

Hello, this computer is for a friend who is on a tight budget. He already has this graphic card he bought:

GTX 460 by Zotac

He will only use this to play WoW, word processing, and music and surfing.

$700 budget this is what I put together for him:

Put it together after reading many threads here, if there is any improvements I can make within $700 let me know, have to stay under $700 because with tax an shipping it's coming out to $696

just need to find a mouse and keyboard combo for cheap

Changed the hard drive to:

Western Digital Caviar BLACK SATA 6.0GBS (is it better than the Samsung?)

It is a better cooler. Let me check to see if it will fit in the CM Elite 430 case.

Can you look at the new HDD and the motherboard I switched out, is the HDD better / faster than the samsung?

I think the new MB has better future upgrade possibilities. But not necessarily better performance.
The HDD is a better spec'd unit but I'm not sure the price increase gets you a noticeable performance boost.
