How to detect x64 or x84

Can you help me with the instruction to detect if my os is x64 or x84.

Paste this in the explorer. Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System

Click on "Start" button, right click on "Computer" and choose "Properties". Look for "System type" under the "System" section.
