I want to be able to play starcraft 2 on ultra at at least 60 frames + many other games at 60 frames such Battlefield, dragon age, just cause, mass effect, etc.

I have a 19" 1440x900 monitor. Sometimes I may switch to a 32 inch 1920x1080, but most of the time it will be on the 19".

So far the parts I am for sure going to buy-

My budget is $700. If you guys think a certain component or certain graphics card will really bump up my performance I am willing to go up to $750.

BTW this is going to be my first time building a PC and so I am not exactly interested in overclocking, crossfiring, etc.

You could try out the 600$ build in my siggy. That should work out fine, if you plan to play on the 1920x1080 then I suggest using a 6870 instead of my suggest 460 and 6850. The 6870 would work out for the 1920x1080, but also give you more than enough horsepower for your 1440x900 monitor. WAY more.

The end result would be about 650$?
