Sata 6: Not Required

PCIe 3.0: Required(If possible in $85 budget)

Hi everybody :hello:  I need your help for finding a stable good motherboard for my I5 2400.My PSU is XFX SMPS ProSeries 650W. My GPU is GTX 460.
I don't want to over clock my system , not want to used sata6 & not ssd caching. :pfff: 
I know my budget is low[$85] ,but I can't give more than this.So please help me out. :(  :(

Also you cant utilize pcie 3.0 with a i5-2400(sandy bridge). you would need a Ivy Bridge cpu for that.

AsRock is a good mobo but it has only 1 year warranty.
I need 3 years warranty mobo.

Yes, it fills most of your needs while still within budget. Do remember that you won't be able to sli/xfire with that board and there is no usb 3.0
