What motherboard? 2500k 7970

Ok so I am looking for a cheap but good motherboard

Basicly I am already streching my budget, going for 7970, 2500k, xfx core 650, 8gb ddr etc. Looking for a motherboard, would be nice if it is a decent overclocker, not looking to do anything extreme at all, my case will be corsair carbide 500r. What can you suggest?

I dont think I will need a sli/xfire board, cause then I will have to buy bigger psu etc and its not within budget atm. Prefer good brand like asus, as rock, msi etc.

If not afford that Asrock , then buy the Gigabyte. Is good for your needs.

I really like the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 board for the price is outstanding. Also if you don't need a ATX board the Asus P8Z68-M Pro board is nice at $120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131786

Both of them are Z68 chipset which will give you some nice additional features and both of them will allow you to overclock your Intel® Core™ i5-2500K.
