Technically no. Any H61, H67, Z68, P67 board will work,

But to fully use the 2500K overclocking capabilities you need a P67 or Z68 board. Preferably Z68.

But the board you have selected willo atleast work with the 2500K but will not allow extensive overclocking. If you are not planning to overclock and you would like that board. Rather get the cheaper I5 2400.

The H61, H67, and Q67 chipset won't allow you to overclock the Intel® Core™ i5-2500K by changing the multiplier. So you really need to be looking for a P67 or the newer Z68 chipset based boards.
