GPU: Holiday Sale or Post Holiday sale?

For my new build, I'm considering a XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT).
If I get onboard vid with my new mobo, then I can wait to buy the GPU.

Will it be cheaper after the holiday rush?

It could be, no one knows...
But I guess there would be not too much price difference, HD5770 prices are already dropped much after the first time launched.
But waiting for just a little bit isn't going to hurt you, just a few days.
