I currently have a 7-8 year old P4 2.53 / 1 gig of RAM / ATI AIW 800 and am looking to upgrade.
After spending some time reading the fine work you all do here (and figuring anything is better than what I have now) I went to newegg and priced out a $600 build, then read some more and priced out a $700 build, then $800....to now where I'm over $1000. I don't mind spending that much, but now I'm not sure if I've got too much or too little for what I want to do...

LG Blu-Ray w/ LiteScribe
Antec TP-550 PSU
G.Skill 4gb 1333 F3-10666CL8D-4GBRM RAM

I'd need a wireless keyboard & mouse so that's another 60-100 or whatever.

I'd appreciate any suggestions!
