The 1000W PSU is totally overkill, you only need it for 3-4 graphics cards,

Instead of this setup you can get a 750w PSU and two 6850s in Crossfire $180 each so two will cost $360.

A 750w PSU for $110 instead of a 1000w.

Another cheaper motherboard that supports Crossfire for your 2 6850s.

Crossfire 6850s can go as low as 600-650W actually.

I know, he's going too overkill on the PSU and that mobo is too expensive, just get a Gigabyte mobo for a 100 bucks, a 750w PSU, 2 6850s in Crossfire.some extra case fans since the Phantom doesn't include many and viola a perfect rig
