I decided buy a case to my work in graphics the software that I use is " 3dsmax - AUTOCAD - Photoshop - after Effects - z brush "
I choose this group, and I wont your Experience in this field, Pleas

The group consist of
1- " The Processor " AMD Phenom II X6 Six-Core Processor 1090T (3.2GHz) AM3, HDT90ZFBGRBOX (Black Edition)

2- "the video card" PNY nVidia Quadro PCI-Express Video Card VCQ600-PB

3- "the Hard" Western Digital 2 TB Caviar Green SATA Intellipower 64 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive WD20EARS

4- " The Memory" Kingston Technology Hyper X 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM (kit of 2) KHX1600C9D3K2/8G

5-Sony 24X SATA Internal DVD+/-RW Drive AD-7260S-0B - Bulk (Black)

But the Motherboard ... I don't know which motherboard can carry all this items and be Compatible with them the motherboard must be have sound Card and LAN card

No desktop motherboard will take those ram sticks, they're laptop modules
Your hard drive is good for storage but you may want to consider a smaller unit for your operating system to run from
That graphics card is very weak for your intended use
You should be looking for an Amd Am3 socket motherboard for that chip,
there are lots available with different features including good quality onboard sound and highspeed net adaptors so I suggest your best option is to fill this out

That does seem to be more along your lines there, I'm not massively up on work-related graphics cards but it seems more than capable to me,
maybe another member more 'with it' on that class of card could help

You are using a computer with a multi-core processor, and you have noticed that the acad.exe process does not use 100% of your available CPU resources. You want to know if AutoCAD supports multi-core processors.

Solution
AutoCAD only supports multi-core technology in a couple of very specific areas of the product, including:

2D regeneration
MentalRay rendering
In order to fully benefit from multi-core processors, you need to use multi-threaded software and AutoCAD is predominatley a single-threaded application.

Also for Auto CAD you will want a 64bit OS and at least 16gb of RAM.

but, the Nvidia quadro 600 with"3dsmax" have any problems or not ?

Use ghnader's comparative chart and go with a better GPU; something like the GTX-480 or better, and plenty of RAM - no less than 8 GBs. If not, regens and 3D in Autocad will take longer.

I'd look into your storage systems too, Ideally you want a seperate system disk, data disk, and scratch disk. If you like Western Digital Drives then go with the 7200 rpm blue or black series for the better performance over the 5400rpm green drive.
