Thanks in advance for helping me with two more questions; I welcome anyone's input:

Approximate Purchase Date: today or tomorrow

Budget Range: less than $1000 including the monitor(s)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Games like SC2, Crysis, Web Surfing

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: micro center, frys, newegg

Country of Origin: Orange County, CA, USA

Parts Preferences: AMD

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: YES

FIRST QUESTION: I decided to keep the 5770 I bought a couple days ago and will get a second one to crossfire instead of returning it for a single better card; WHICH MOBO SHOULD I ORDER FROM MICROCENTER WHEN I PICK UP A PHENOM 965BE? (With the CPU bundle they give $40 any mobo in the store).

Monitor Resolution: upgrade to 1080p?

SECOND QUESTION: Would it make sense to keep my current monitor and go to a multi-screen scenario?

I currently have a Samsung SyncMaster 930B
# Max Resolution 1280 x 1024 / 75.0 Hz
# Max Sync Rate (V x H) 75.0 Hz x 81.0 KHz
# Video Bandwidth 140.0 MHz
# Response Time 8.0 ms

Additional Comments:

I have already bought and received the following components from newegg, please give me your input on the right mobo that is compatible with the 2 GPUs, ssd and memory. THANK YOU! -Deanomite

I think I just figured out the mobo question: Batuchka recommended the MSI 870A-G54
I looked up the specifications and it says # PCI-Ex16 = 2 so that means it can hold two gpu's right?

Nope a mobo can have 2 x PCIex16 gen 2.0 lanes. What is important is how it is configured when 2 GPUs/multi GPU is working : 870 chipsets with 2 lanes works 16/4 so are not recommended for multi GPU

ok, thanks, which chipset number(s) have 16/16? Then I can look up mobos later when microcenter's supply truck restocks their boards.
