Need help withNew Build. ~600$~ Budget.

So Im Back again because you guys were all so awesome and helpful last time, and I would like some opinions on a build for a friend.
He has about 600 dollars to blow, Doesn't need a Case, Monitor, Dick Drive
He wants to go the AMD route to save money
He rather spend the extra money for a Good video card
Going to be using the PC for things Like WOW, SC2, CS, nothing Major like Crysis
So with that being said I Would just like to see what you guys think would be the best way to go, best bang for you buck if you will.
Thanks in advance, the PC you guyys came up with for only 350 a few months ago is ******* awesome.
