Graphics cards choice on Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L

Hello,
I live in Singapore. I recently bought a ECS GF 210GS PCIE 1GB for $95. I am curently using gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L motherboard. I tried putting it on two same motherboard on two different computers but the screen was blank the moment it was turn on. Do you know what is the problem?
Which best budget graphic card would you recommend?(price listed in SGD)

As you can see most of them I choose are below SGD$100. I just need the graphics card for faster processing like Autocad etc and not for intensive gaming like crysis.
I want to get a graphics card that is compatible with the motherboard, it is causing me headaches now and I am going to the shop tmr to change so I need your recommendations asap.

Well, do you installed the driver properly?
Graphic card need driver to run normally...

I see that motherboard has onboard graphic, try disable it from BIOS.
