I have these two options:

1. Biostar TZ68K+ for 7000 INR
2. Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 for 8700 INR

Biostar one has 8 phase power design. duno about gigabyte
and also there is no usb 3.0 in gigabyte model.

My first choice was Asus p8z68v/gen3 but due to budget problems i decided to delete that one from my list.

I use biostar in both my systems. Many of their newer boards have built in overclocking options in the bios. I've used gskill ripjawsx and patriot gamers series 1333 ram on my amd chipset boards. Both work fine.

the Asrock Gen3 series just rock for the money. I,ve bought one for my brother with an i5-2500k for Xmass and I'm amased about the quality of this product for the price (was 139$ CA).

I'm sorry I can't comment on the 2 you've listed but if you can affort the Asrock/Gen3 you won't be disapointed.

lets hope someone will be able to provide more info then me.
