Try out my build for 1500$, you could just kick that GPU out of there if you don't plan to game at all. Drop the CPU and just use it for the SSDs. You could get the Vertex 2's now (Better price/gig than C300's) or wait a bit more than a month for the SATA III SSDs which would be SF-2000 controlled and faster.
