DDR2 Upgrade

Athlon64 - 5600 (2.8x2)
2G DDR2 mhz
Radeon 6670 -900-core, 1150-mem
PSU 500W

I want to up the RAM to 4 or 6 GIGs
The 2 Gigs I have is 2x1Gig at 667mhz

Question: Can I buy Kingston HyperX 2GB 2X1GB PC2-8500 DDR2-1066 CL5-5-5-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory and it be compatible ?

Or are 2 different MHZ of Ram not compatible? or 2 different types of Latency not compatible ?
