Advice on cheapest Gaming rig able to crysis in low resolution

Not into Crysis, but iRacing instead, and its fairly demanding when it comes to parts. I think Tom's build below could use a few tweaks:

I would drop the cpu cooler, since you simply don't need it unless you're going to overclock, go with a Cooler Master Elite 310 case which will save you another $35, and you certainly do not need a GTX460 gpu. Go with an ATI 4850 or even 4670, which are both below the $100 mark compared to $160 for the GTX460. You could save some money by going with a Regor X2 series cpu, but the X3 is a pretty good deal. I think its worth it to have 3 cores instead of 2 for just a $20 difference. However, if Crysis doesn't use 3 cores and you need to save $20 more, go for the X2.
