Is a n660 x2 worth 20 dollars more than a p6200 ?

the amd n660 3.0 ghz is benchmarked at 1812 and costs 20 dollars more. and comes with 3 gb of ram with radeon 4270 graphics and L2 cache of 2MB

the intel p6200 2.13 ghz is benchmarked at 1665 comes with 4 gb of ram. with intel graphics and has 3MB of L3 cache and says it has "smart cache" technology.

which one should i get ?

All things not being equal here, the N660 unit has slightly better performance and graphics capability but 1GB less ram. With 3GB of ram I wouldn't be surprised if it has 32 bit win7 instead of 64bit.

If you dont need the extra processing or graphics power, both of them handle HD video just fine by the way, then I'd go with the P6200; for $20 less you get win7-64 and an extra Gig of ram.
