everything else being equal and its just a difference in clock speed then, in my opinion, no. You can get the same with a simple overclock.

you'll have to be a little more specific. what 2 cpu's are you comparing? and what benchmark are you running? what are you using the cpu for?

^ exactly what he said +1. Giving something a score, and not providing what that score is based on, your intended use, and the exact model of cpu is pretty useless. Be more specific.
